Laser Cutting Capabilities
- Able to cut up to 1/2" carbon steel, 1/4" stainless, 1/8" aluminum, 1" wood, 1/8" brass, and many other materials such as plastic, phenolic, and formica
- Tolerances of ±0.005" for parts that require high precision
- Total cutting area of 96" x 48"
- CAD file formats accepted are dxf and dwg
- You can even email, fax, or mail us handmade drawings and sketches
- Laser engraving available
- Press brake for bending
- Metal surfacing machine for grain finishes
- Deburrer for smoothing edges
We will usually respond within a few hours on normal business days.
We can provide estimates if you do not have a final drawing, or are still in the planning phase of development and just need a ballpark figure. We will not be able to provide an exact price though unless you provide the following information.
Info Required for Quote
- Your name and contact information
- CAD files of the parts (.dxf or .dwg), or drawings with dimensions
- Material type and thickness
- Whether you want us to supply the material or you will have it shipped
- Quantity of parts (higher quantities have discounts)
- Date needed by (rush orders may have added cost)
- Any special requirements for part, such as bending, engraving, tumbling, etc.
